TGW
Wall Panels (TGW) are an ideal solution for external wall or internal partition requirements. The high structural integrity of our panels allow excellent panel spanning which reduces the structural support requirements. Spanning of the panels are subjected to the wind pressure. Our wall panel scan be installed both vertically &horizontally over the steel structure.
- Standard covering width of panel is 1000mm.
- Pre-painted G.I / Aluzinc with thickness of 0.4mm – 0.8mm both sides.
- Core thickness options 50-80-100-120-150-200mm thickness.
- Insulation - Rockwool, Non-Combustible. Class A1, Density range 90-150kg/m3.
- Production flexibility at any ordered length up to 12m. Customized lengths upon special request.
- Polyester, (Sil)Polyester, HDPE, PVDF, PUR(PA) coating systems are available in various colour options.
- U Value - Thermal transmittance ranges between 0.73 - 0.16 W/m2K depending on the panel thickness.
- Fire performance according to EN 13501-1, A2-S1-d0 for Rock Wool insulated wall panels.
- Installation can be done in both vertically and horizontal orientation.
- For use in buildings that require fire safety, sound reduction, and thermal insulation.
